Schedule Appointment 
You can request an appointment via the Feedback Form, website, call center or via our e-mail address at helpline.kuwait@gateway.com.tr.

Visa Application at Visa Application Center
You should appear, along with necessary documents, at the Visa Application Center on your appointment day, 15 minutes before appointment time scheduled by you. At the Visa Application Center, you will first go through a security check and then your documents will be examined by our experienced visa officers. If your documents are full and complete, first, payment, and then biometrics process will be completed. 
Track Application 
You can track your application on our website, or via call center, or e-mail address helpline.kuwait@gateway.com.tr by using the Application Number indicated on the voucher that will be given to you after completion of the biometric process.
