Before Your Appointment:

• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• You must attend in person; sending a representative in your place is not allowed.
• Only the following individuals are permitted inside the Visa Application Centre:
  • Applicants
  • Accompanying parents of children under 18 years

What to Bring:

• A printed copy of your appointment letter
• A valid original passport at least two blank visa pages
• Original and photocopies of all supporting documents listed in the checklist.

During Your Appointment:

Biometric Data Collection:

• You will be required to provide your fingerprints and photograph.
• Fingerprints will be collected using a digital scanner (no inks, liquids, or chemicals are involved).
• Your photograph must meet the following criteria:
  • Full face visible.
  • No sunglasses, tinted spectacles, or head coverings unless for religious or medical reasons.
  • No hair obscuring the eyes.

Important Notes:

• Ensure your fingertips are free of any temporary body decorations (e.g., mehndi), cuts, or abrasions, as these can interfere with the scanning process.
• Applicants under 8 years old are exempt from providing fingerprints.
• Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by both parents.

Missed Appointments:

• If you miss your appointment or our application is incomplete as per the guidelines and the application cannot be accepted, you will need to book a new appointment.

Without biometric data, your visa application will not be processed.

Biometric Information Details:

• All applicants must provide fingerprints and a facial photograph in person.
• The biometric process is quick, non-intrusive, and discreet.

Safety and Security at the Centre:

• Random bag searches may be conducted for security purposes.
• Respectful Behavior: Any form of abuse, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward staff will not be tolerated.
