How can minor applicants (under 18) make application?
Minors need consent letter from both parents in all cases (eventhough minor is travelling with both parents). The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and notarized. Also, for Mumbai, Minor need original parents’ passport eventhough minor is travelling with both parents.
Can I make my visa applications at Consulate/Embassy?
No. You can only make your visa applications at Preliminary Turkish Visa Application Centers , which is the sole authorized body.
