Under the instructions of the Authority and in accordance with the Foreigners and International Protection Law No. 6458 In accordance with Article 14, initially, citizens of 10 countries (India, Afghanistan, Nepal, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Chad, Somalia, Cameroon, Mauritania, Yemen) By traveling in transit using Istanbul airport, you can reach 4 destination countries (Mexico, Panama, Colombia and Venezuela) by applying for “Electronic Airport Transit Visa" (e-HTV). The service will be today (April 15, 2024) on the "evisa.gov.tr" portal of our Ministry. E-HTV will be delivered without any fee at this stage.
