AŞKABAT BÜYÜKELÇİLİĞİNDEN VİZE BAŞVURULARI İLE İLGİLİ ÖNEMLİ DUYURU Türkiye Cumhuriyetine seyahat etmek için yapılan vize başvuruları Gateway International şirketine yapılmakta olup söz konusu vize başvuruları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Aşkabat Büyükelçiliği tarafından değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çerçevede; • Vize başvurusunun bizzat başvuru sahibi tarafından yapılması gerekmektedir. • Vize başvuru ücretleri Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Aşkabat Büyükelçiliği tarafından belirlenen ücretler olup bu ücretler sadece Gateway International Aşkabat Ön Başvuru Merkezinden tahsil edilmektedir. • Herhangi bir şirket, kuruluş veya şahıs tarafından ücret karşılığında vize alma vaadinde bulunulması gibi hususlara itibar edilmemesi önem arz etmektedir. • Başvuru sahibi vize başvurusunda sunmuş olduğu belgelerin doğruluğundan/gerçekliğinden/geçerliliğinden bizzat sorumludur. Vize başvurusunda sunulan belgelerin sahteciliğe konu olduğu anlaşılması halinde başvuru sahibi hakkında idari tedbir uygulanabilecektir. TÜRKMENİSTAN VİZE BİLGİLENDİRMESİ 16.12.2024 Tarihinden İtibaren Vize Başvurusunda Bulunmak İsteyen Türkmenistan Vatandaşlarının Dikkatine! 1. Türkiye'ye Turizm amacıyla seyahat ederek Türkiye'de 90 günden fazla kalma amacınız varsa, Turistik veya Ziyaret/Özel "ikamet izni Başvuru Amaçlı Vize"ye" başvurunuz. 2. İkamet İzni Başvuru Amaçlı Vizenizin onaylanması halinde Türkiye'ye giriş yaptıktan sonra vize süreniz içinde, e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr adresinden turizm amaçlı kısa dönem ikamet izni başvurusu yapmanız gerekmektedir. 3. Turizm amacıyla 90 günden daha az süreli seyahat edecekseniz genel usullere göre vize başvurusu yapınız. Genel usullere göre alacağınız vize, Türkiye' de turizm amaçlı kısa dönem ikamet izni almanızı sağlamayacaktır. Vize sürenizin sonunda Türkiye' den ayrılmanız gerekecektir. 4. Vize; Türkiye' de her yüz seksen günde en fazla doksan gün kalış hakkı sağlamaktadır. Bu kural uyarınca sınır kapılarından geri çevrilebileceğinizi göz önünde bulundurunuz. 5. Türkiye'de yasal çalışma hakkı elde edebilmeniz için çalışma izni prosedürler ne göre müracaat etmeniz ve gerekli izinleri almanız gerekmektedir. İkamet izni başvuru amaçlı vize, çalışma hakkı vermez. Türkiye' de kalacağınız sürede yeterli ve düzenli gelirinizin bulunması gerekmektedir. Her an durumunuzu kanıtlayabilecek bilgi ve belgeleri hazır ediniz. 6. Vizenizin sağladığı yasal kalış süresi sonunda Türkiye' den çıkış yapmamanız ya da ikamet izni talebinizin reddi veya ikamet izninizin İptali sınır dışı edilme gerekçeleri arasında yer almaktadır. Bu konuda gerekli duyarlılığı gösteriniz. 7. Yukarıdaki uygumlalar ve uyarılar mevzuatın gereği olduğu kadar, seyahat ve ikamet kurallarını yabancıların yararına olacak şekilde planlama amacı taşımaktadır.
