If one of your documents is missing, then you can make application by signing the "Missing Document Declaration". However, it is important to note that missing documents may negatively affect decision on your visa. 
 

To make an application, your passport must be valid at least 6 months starting by your travel date. If your passport will expire in said period, we recommend you to extend the validity period of your passport.
