Dear Guest,

You can complete your Residence Permit Appointment process in Türkiye smoothly and comfortably with our "Türkiye Residence Guide" service, which is offered as an additional service to the "Foreign Health Insurance" purchased from our offices in Turkmenistan. The steps you need to follow are very simple!

Please note: This service, provided in addition to the insurance, is currently available only through our offices in Turkmenistan.

Important Reminder!

In accordance with the Law on Foreigners and International Protection, you must obtain your Foreign Health Insurance before applying for a residence permit.

Appointment Process

The Fast Appointment Process in 2 Simple Steps is as follows:


STEP 1
Do you have the following?
-You must be within the borders of Türkiye before contacting our call center.
-You must have your passport with you, as we need to enter your passport information into the Directorate of Migration Management's system.
-You must have your mobile phone with you for SMS verification (A Turkish mobile line is required as per the migration authority’s requirements).
-You must have your own email address (An email address is requested on the contact information screen of the migration authority’s system in Türkiye).
-You must possess a document proving your residential address. (Please check the information at the bottom of the page for these documents.)
 

STEP 2

When you contact us via our call center number (0850 242 41 13) regarding the "Türkiye Residence Permit Appointment" process, the services provided by our expert team are as follows:

Appointment and Registration

When you call our call center, we assist you to ensure that your procedures are conducted quickly and accurately. It is sufficient to provide the SMS verification code based on the information provided. Once your process is complete, we will inform you of your appointment date, time, and location.

Document Compliance Check

Our expert team members will review your documents and check their compliance with the requirements.

Guideline

After your appointment is scheduled, we will send a guideline to your contact details (Phone/Email) to guide you through the next steps. ** Documents Proving Your Residence Address

For your application, one of the following documents will be sufficient:

🏠If you are staying in your own home: A copy of the title deed.
📄If you are staying in a rented house: Notarized rental contract.
🏨If you are staying in a hotel or similar accommodation: A document proving your stay and a receipt showing payment for the duration of your stay.
🏫If you are staying in a student dormitory: A document, signed/sealed or electronically signed, confirming your stay in the dormitory.
👥If you are staying with someone else: Notarized undertaking (If the host is married, a notarized undertaking from their spouse is also required). Additionally, one of the utility bills (electricity, water, natural gas, or landline phone) registered in the name of the person providing the undertaking, dated recently, or a subscription contract for new subscribers must be submitted.
 

Note:

If the visa you have obtained states “visit – for the purpose of applying for a private residence permit,” you are required to include the valid work permit or residence permit of your first-degree relative, which you specified when applying for this visa to your documents.
